Rules for job posting

These rules set out the specific conditions for the publication of job offers and constitute an integral and essential part of Arca24’s General Terms and Conditions (EULA).

Without prejudice to the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions and these Publication Rules, the User is obliged to comply with all laws, regulations and all other applicable legislation in force in his country.

1. Use of the service

Users who access the Service as representatives and/or employees of a company represent and warrant that they are part of the Service and/or in any case have all the necessary authorizations and/or authorizations.

You may not use the Service for any purpose other than the Service.

Arca24 cannot be held responsible in any way for any inappropriate use of the Service or in any way in accordance with its functions and objectives.

2. Publication of job advertisements

Job offers are always published under the direct and exclusive responsibility of the user/company and must refer to legally valid employment contracts in accordance with the legislation in force in the country of reference.

The user/company is expressly prohibited from publishing job offers that:

  1. violate these Posting Rules, Terms of Use, applicable local, national, and international laws, including, but not limited to, labour laws, equal employment opportunities, and employment suitability requirements, confidentiality, data access and use, and intellectual property;
  2. are false or do not correspond to the actual job offers and/or that are in no way aimed solely at collecting personal data and/or contact details of potential candidates using the Service;
  3. do not have clear and complete company references or do not communicate email addresses or other types of non-professional contacts: Arca24 reserves the right not to accept and/or publish and/or delete job offers with a contact address other than the company’s domain;
  4. use the trademarks, logos or distinctive signs of third parties without authorisation or, in any case, infringe the rights, including intellectual property rights, of any third party;
  5. refer to a competitor of the Service, or contain its contact details, or contain references or links to its websites, services or applications;
  6. contain violent or discriminatory content based on gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, pornographic, inflammatory, incites, provokes, or promotes hatred, harassment, or harm to others;
  7. may constitute and/or promote activities that are relevant to criminal law,
  8. involve a discriminatory pre-selection of candidates (e.g. based on personal beliefs, trade union membership or political affiliation, religious beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, marital age, disability, ethnic origin, nationality, language group, health status);
  9. in relation to pyramid schemes, distributions, ‘multi-level’ marketing opportunities or commercial representative organisations;
  10. on behalf of a third party without the necessary authorization;
  11. support or invite support for political parties, religions, associations or forms of association of persons of any kind, political, religious or ideological obligations, positions or issues;
  12. promote sexual services or seek candidates for sexual services;
  13. promote or disseminate false, misleading information or illegal activities;
  14. sell or advertise any products and/or services;
  15. describe generic activities that promise easy profits from unspecified activities and/or that are not attributable to well-identified occupations.

3. Violation of the Publishing Guidelines

Arca24 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, at any time, decide to restrict and/or prohibit and/or prevent and/or remove the publication of job offers that violate these Publication Rules, the Terms and Conditions or applicable local, national and international regulations, or in any case take any other type of action that is most appropriate to protect its rights and interests .

In this case, the User will not be entitled to any form of compensation and/or refund or to receive any sum of money for any reason, without prejudice to Arca24’s right to compensation for the damage suffered.

Arca24 has implemented an ‘anti-fraud’ system to identify actions that do not comply with the publication rules or conditions and to block the service provided to users who take such measures.

These Posting Rules will remain in effect for the entire duration of your use of the Service. Arca24 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to use any legal means, including, but not limited to, the deletion of job offers and other content posted by the User through the Service, as well as the immediate deletion of the registration account, which will result in you no longer being able to access the Service, and/or any other products or services provided by Arca24 due to violations of these Publication rules, the terms and conditions for the use of Arca24’s services, or if Arca24 is unable to verify or authenticate the information sent to obtain registration for the service.
